Solto warranty policy

The warranty offered by Groupe Somac Inc. applies exclusively to the purchaser and is non-transferable.

Warranty

• A one (1)-year limited warranty on installation is offered when this installation is done by our teams or by an authorized agent.
• Aluminum materials and manufacturing defect: 10 years
• Paint finish: 3 years
• Polycarbonate: 10-year warranty offered by Galina, the manufacturer – see warranty
• Windows: 10-year warranty offered by the manufacturer, CWS – see warranty

Exclusions

• The warranty applies strictly to the purchaser and is non-transferable.
• Damage resulting from fire, chemicals, smoke, air pollution or a natural disaster
• Damage resulting from misuse or by improper maintenance
• Canvas // Cover tears or breakage
• Discolouring
• Labour charges to honour the warranty

Claims

Any claim is to be made in writing or by email to service@groupesomac.com and must include proof of purchase (invoice). Assessment charges may apply.
