Solto Purchase policy
The purchase of a Solto product constitutes a firm and non-refundable sale.
After giving your order, you will receive an order confirmation. The required plan and materials will be sent to you seven (7) days after processing of your order. The final invoice will be issued upon delivery.
We offer you the opportunity to cancel your order within 24 hours of its confirmation.
If you wish to change your order, you can do so at no cost within five (5) days of its confirmation. Afterwards, costs to be determined will be invoiced.
